It’s raining men hallelujah!
A big personal problem I’ve shared with others is that I adapt my clothing to the weather.
Nowadays, I’ve instead discovered that protecting my clothes and shoes from bad weather by wearing the right kind of protection is the way to go, without looking drab or unusual.
There are a few companies that have done something that one could call a “revolution” in the detail and accessory industry for men. One of the companies is the Norwegian SWIMS.
When they released their colorful galoshes many anxious men did go from hating the worst weather to craving it.
Swims have become essential shoes like the pocket square for a jacket on a rain day. Swims are also incredibly easy to carry around in your briefcase or in a smaller bag.
In the picture you will see a couple of swims from the first collection with a small “handle” in the rear. I prefer it but it’s a matter of taste of course. To find your closest retailer visit swims.com.
Another elegant accessory in every gentlmans wardrobe during bad weather is an umbrella. Here from Drakes-London.
